I've been burnt out. I've been burned by agencies. I know what it feels like to be the bottleneck in everything, kept in the dark, and made to feel stupid for asking questions.

So I do the opposite. I build WITH you and teach you the system. You won't feel dependent on me - you'll feel empowered.

My Story

Hi I'm Helen! I spent 5+ years in software product management helping customers solve collaboration & integration problems. I've built a six-figure florist business from a hobby, scaled a team, and systemised operations using Notion and AI.

Many years ago, I made a choice most founders don't - I stopped being reactive and started building systems. Real systems that actually work. Not theory.

Now things run without me being in the weeds 24/7. My team handles operations, fulfillment, and client work independently.

I'm also a mum to a 2-year-old. I'm worldschooling whilst building and running businesses.

I know how important your time is. You can't do everything once you reach a certain stage of life and business. Conflicting priorities, new responsibilities, shifting dreams - you need to constantly solve the work/life balance puzzle.

Being busy all the time isn't a flex. It's a symptom that something is broken. I learned that the hard way.

There IS a better way.

    I’ve spent 5+ years in enterprise software product management solving customer problems. Collaborating with multiple teams all across the globe remotely, working on integrations, admin tools, and user management. I understand complex workflows, and change management - ideal if you're migrating from Atlassian tools to Notion or running both.
